Overpriced housing in addition to greedy management, and poor amenities. Management is rude and unprofessional, along with lying about their spaces. Make sure to always thoroughly tour and have a very detailed walkthrough of your unit. They'll do anything to take as much of your security deposit as well.

Cons: - car broken into - 9-months-straight-weekly-construction that frequently blocks parking areas and often literally leaves you trapped in the complex - "this week we finish the construction", 2 months later, still woken up weekly at 8am to the sounds construction - "pet designated areas" used to be a decent patch of grass with doggy bags, now it's a 2x2 foot dirt patch near the mailboxes - management is almost impossible to contact via email, have to see them face to face - had to... repeatedly contact management (various emails, at least 3 times in person over 2 months)to get forms when roommate moved out to amend lease agreement - having to plan multiple days around "maintenance" where power, water, and laundry was cut off. - single room vs studio: you have a wall that separates the "bedroom" and the " living room", but this wall isn't complete and no door to separate the two so really it's just a studio with a partial wall that gets in the way.
Pros: - near 24 hour fitness and Safeway - walking distance to downtown - balcony - the wood floors are nice - kitchen is nice
