The level of service is outstanding. Any concerns or maintenance needs were addressed almost instantly. I want to specifically mention Sanela, the manager, who is remarkably attentive. Prior to moving out in Aug 2025, we rented here for 11 years. It was a great place to live. The shared space was well maintained. We used the shared pool and BBQ grill regularly. The apartment manager and maintenance staff were quick to address issues in our rental. The neighbors were friendly because it was a relatively small complex. I highly recommend staying at the Court/Garden!

I lived at The Court Apartments for 10 wonderful years, and leaving was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. We only moved because our family grew and we needed more space — otherwise, we would have stayed forever!

From the very beginning, we loved the community and the area. It always felt so safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Management (Sanela & Sam) are truly exceptional — any time we had a maintenance request or concern, they responded quickly and resolved it right away. Lived here for 3years with my family. Management is great very professional. Addressed any issue as quickly as possible. Reasonable priced rent which was a plus for our family. Quiet nice neighborhood and property is kept clean.

Lived here for over 5 years and enjoyed our stay. Sad to have moved but highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable apartment community. If I'm ever in need of an apartment in Santa Clara, I would reapply in a heartbeat. Location is great and safe. Love the landscaping, it's beautiful and well kept. On-site management is super kind and accommodating. Work orders were taken care of immediately. Best apartment community hands down. No complaints whatsoever.
