Good Place, Bad Manager, Terrible Parking
This place is pretty good. It’s mostly quiet except the kids playing outside. You can tell the maintenance is low effort and they spend the least they possibly can on all of their upkeep. The manager acts friendly to get you in and then never puts in any effort again. Don’t believe half the stuff she says she’ll do. Also parking more than one car is incredibly difficult. Expect to have guests park their car about a mile away. Other than that it’s totally fine. Repair requests are responded to... quickly.

This is reviewed at move in with every resident. If you have further questions on the rules and... regulations, please let us know so we can clarify it.
We would also like to ask if you can kindly assist us by giving further feedback on what exactly is meant by low effort and low expenses, as well as any further comment towards manager. Since we have received numerous praises for her assistance and dedication towards her residents, we are a bit surprised by the above comment and would like to discuss this further and in more detail. Great Staff
She is Very friendly and helpful manager. Im looking forward to moving in next month. Very quiet and nice community after shopping around so much am glad to find it here

TUSTIN VIEW APARTMENTS
IT IS WELL MAINTAINED, VERY QUIET, ALWAYS HAS CLEAN LAUNDRY ROOMS, HAS A BUILT IN FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE. IT HAS VERY LOVELY STAFF!
