10 of my neighbors and I were effected by a criminal or criminals that broke into our vehicle and breaking our vehicle glass windows which are not cheap to repair. The criminal or criminals is still on the loose. Latitude issued a letter saying it’s not their responsibility to protect our personal vehicle property. Don’t move here it’s a trap as you will be a target for criminals including the tow companies contracted to tow you or your guests who park here, when there is no where to park. If you move here, be prepared to have only one car and zero visitors. If you happen to need additional parking, be prepared to hike over the the freeway, in to another city. All close parking will require a permit that you can no obtain by living in the apartments or will be taken by rude residents who are saving spots for other cars in their family. The front office will tell you there is plenty of parking around but this will all require a 10+ minute walk. Please don't make the same mistake my wife and I made last year in moving into this complex. Our building was completely infested with cockroaches ranging in size from 2 inches down to the ones that have embedded themselves into the drywall and baseboards. We were forced to move out due to uninhabitable living conditions. If you are looking for a safe place to raise a family then please look at other apartments. The rooms are large and spacious with a generous amount of storage and closets. The remodel is lovely with awesome stainless steel appliances. I have called maintenance to my apartment three times since I moved in (random things out of their control) and the prompt attention and quick resolution is very pleasing. The apartment building itself is close to freeways and markets.

I love living here. However, there is absolutely NO guest parking and the laundry facility is outdated with frequent... "out of service" issues. Read More
