The leasing team are always friendly , welcoming, readily available and helpful! The maintenance team is timely , considerate and fast in response to any request.

A great community with a lovely Leasing office staff. Maintenance is hands down the best and very responsive to anything that needs attention. If you like modern living, this is the place. Occasional issues in the community but they are quick to respond and address the issues.

Amazing place. Beautiful under cabinet lights 10/10 Very clean upon move in, symmetrical bedrooms, open kitchen with ISLAND!!! Very open and well lit hallways.

Amenities leave much to desire, especially when considering the monthly rent and other apartment complexes in the area. An improvement to gym and shared spaces, and adding additional options (sauna, putting green, outdoor workout space, etc.) can make staying in more enjoyable and not have to go out every time we look for a fun time.

I feel safe living in this residence and everything is typically cleaned and greatly designed. The only thing that is negative for me is when my packages get stolen. That’s a big bummer unfortunately.
