Horrible and dangerous

Used to live here as a kid. People would constantly break into apartments and steal from other peoples balconies. Parking was atrocious and had a real roach infestation problem. Definitely not worth the money.

Not worth wasting your money

Really bad maintenance. You have to tell tell the manager face to face like 10 times so they can send someone to fix your maintenance. The managers have the worst attitude and are no help at all the security doesn't do their job they sleep on the job. (Somebody broke in to my locked car parked and into my apartment and stole a lot of personal items and all the managers told me was that, thats not there problem.) So the security is useless. The laundry have really poor maintenance washers and... dryers smell like dead animal and they don't offer hot water and there is like 10 washers and only 2 dryers work. They also tow cars for no good reason. You can be parked on your own parking space and it will be towed. These apartments also have a really bad insect and rodent problem. The managers offer free fumigation but the problem is that when you tell them to fumigate they never send sombody. Theres is mold on ceiling with paint over it(found out about it because after a few months mold started peeling the paint off).

No no no!

This complex is terrible. Not enough parking, they don't do a good job as far as maintenance. There is only 10 visiter parking spots for a complex that has 140 units. The manager gives attitude anytime you have a concern regarding your apartment.
