Hi neighbors! I'm renting out a fully furnished studio ADU on my property, tucked among the redwoods in our quiet west end neighborhood — just a... short walk to the hiking trails. It's a peaceful, private space and I'm hoping to find a great single tenant who'll feel right at home here.

Who I'm Looking For
I live in the main house, and the ADU shares an interior door with my home (deadbolted independently on both sides for privacy). Because of this setup, I'm looking for a single tenant who is out of the house during the day — for example, a travel nurse, medical resident, relocating professional, or contract worker. This isn't a good fit for remote workers who would be home full-time, just so we can both enjoy our privacy.
Rental Terms
• Rent: $2,500/month
• Security deposit: $2,500
• Cleaning fee: $175
• Credit check fee: $75
• Minimum stay: 3 months (longer-term tenants preferred)
• 1 occupant only
