I have lived here since 2020 and every single year. It gets worse nothing gets better. There are no lounge chairs at the pool pool is never heated. The Jacuzzi never works. People break into the complex every night partying outside and using the amenities which always end up broken because of it there is literally your swimming in Dog poo when you walk around the complex. I’m just gonna leave some photos here of my walk yesterday and today. The buildings are infested with cockroaches and mold... doors and drawers. There’s a group of people that are always smoking right at the entrance of the building. It’s really classy. The gym is a joke and everything is always broken. I have lived here for over 3 years now and can say that these are the most well kept and best managed apartments in the area. The amenities are always clean and make you feel like you are living in a resort. The staff is always so nice and attentive to my needs and requests. If you are looking for a nice, clean place to love in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out! It really is the best!

Making the move from Washington DC, my fiance and I could not have been happier with the assist we got from the Old Creek team. They could not have made our transition any easier. The property is amazing with how quiet it is and location to so many shops. You are a 10 minute ride to the beach, but at the same time you get the scenic view of California hills. Could not be happier with our decision.

I have rented and lived at Camden Old Creek for 1 year now and I just recently renewed my lease as well. I can honestly say that it is the best place I have ever lived in. I can also say that I have experienced the best customer service while living here at Camden.

Amy, Stacey, Tina and Anna (The Queen Bee). They are the nicest ladies and the most helpful as well. They’re polite and concerned and are always willing to make sure that the residents at... Camden Old Creek have the most enjoyable experience while living here. They make you feel like you’re part of a big family here and they always make it feel like home. Of course I have to mention the maintenance staff as well. Carlos and his staff are also very nice, courteous and very expedient when it comes to maintaining the property and taking care of the tenants needs. Camden is one of the cleanest, and most meticulously maintained properties that I have ever seen. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and family friendly community.
