We are a mom and pop business, so no application fees, but... we are being selective on dependable mellow tenants. Our cozy house has just been remodeled, new appliances (yes, a washer/dryer comes with!), granite counters, new cabinets and plank flooring throughout.
The house is in a quiet location under a shady tree, very friendly neighbors, with your own off-street parking places next to the house.

This cute house is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, SLO DoCo, and many other fun businesses. It is a 5 minute bike ride to Cal Poly, 5 minute drive to Cuesta, and many adjacent parks and walking trails (Bishop's Peak is just down the road). The transit bus stops right out front at the street also.
