The pain is new and remodeled one bedroom apartment. It is not gated and safe some times police has to take care of some problems around this area some trouble makers are living in this area. Noisy and parking problems for guests all the time some time people are parking in wrong places. Company does not have auto payment that customer can control CWP is controlling the auto pay witch also I do not like. Appliances are not the good quality one, no celling lite in lounge area at all. carpet,... paint, cabinet, stone and fridge is new but not the good quality also stove is new but no gas stove it is electric one.
