!!! BEWARE: HIDDEN FEES & STRAIGHT-UP SCAM PRICING !!!

This place is extremely misleading and feels like a complete bait-and-switch. If you’re trying to budget based on the advertised rent, expect to pay at least $1,000+ more every single month once all the hidden fees are added in.

Nothing is actually included. Parking is outrageously expensive, and you’ll be nickel-and-dimed for everything—utilities, internet, pet fees, package delivery, storage, bike storage—you name it.

What makes it worse is the false advertising. The amenities and lifestyle...
they promote—community events, block parties, even the heated pool—are not truly included or come with extra charges. You’re essentially paying premium rent for perks that either don’t exist in the way they’re advertised or cost even more to use.

They’ll even charge you for things that should be optional and free, like watching a concert held right outside your own building. It’s honestly ridiculous.

Overall, this place operates in a way that feels deceptive and predatory. What looks like a luxury living experience quickly turns into a long list of unexpected charges. Proceed with extreme caution.

Stay Away

I recently moved from one unit in the same building to another, larger one. Upon moving in I noticed that the floors were filthy and damaged from the previous tenant. Management has refused to do anything about the damaged floors because it’s just cosmetic. I do not pay the huge amount I pay to live here to have to live with damaged floors. Absolutely ridiculous!! Stay away!!

Poorly managed, still.

Beautiful building, but poor management results in unhappy residents. We had fruit flies on the 16th floor for weeks, it was disgusting and it took a while for them to find the source and address it. When I asked for a rent concession for the major inconvenience, they began to play games with semantics around how long it took to address it and something ridiculous around sometimes smells from other residents impact their neighbors, probably a cut and paste from another complaint. No... accountability for issues, but they spend an incredible amount of time trying to charge residents extra fees on top of the overpriced rent. My washing machine has stopped working 5 times in 1 year and each time they patch it until the next breakdown as opposed to replacing it. Just not worth the rent, with lack of leadership.

New Management is Worse than Previous

Same situation, different players. Management, especially leasing director, just never take full responsibility for issues, yet will bug you about items they already have. They spend an incredible amount of time trying to find violations to charge you extra, I got repeated notes that my renters ins. had expired, even though I sent documentation several times. They require a lot of work, yet when something goes wrong, like fireflies in the building for weeks, they want us to be patient and offer... no concessions for the inconvenience. These flies were so bad the trash room on my floor was inoperable. That was the last straw for me, focus on taking care of your residents as opposed to trying to add fees to the already overpriced rent.

Poor service offered by the concierge

Concierge agents are rude when requesting their help for simple tasks like delivering packages or when asking about amenities.

The leasing office is nicer so our family usually talks to them more.

The front desk for Miro seems to always be too busy to talk to the residents.

The apartments here are overpriced as well. You're paying way above market value for bad customer service.
