They are not able to handle these apartments properly. There is always a problem and even we keep on calling them to fix it they don’t care much. They just need the rent that’s it.

Service terrible! They dont fix nothing they just coat it with something new rent ismt reasonable. Its bad.

Here at Blossom Oaks, nobody is safe from dents and scratches due to little humans running around with no parental control. Staff is prone to ignoring the details unless a resident is forced into having to complain multiple times before anything is done. Neighbors are loud and parking seems impossible. Although, I've lived here for quite a while I haven't been too pleased with any of the renovations or annemities. Hopefully things will change.....Sincerely, single mom!!!!!

This is pretty old apartment.Its located in South San Jose.Its a good neighborhood.I didn't have any problems so far.The apartment manager is always helpful whenever you need something.The surroundings are clean and well-maintained.I think what we pay every month is worth it.Hopefully, the won't raise the rent too high so we can still stay here longer!:)

Well maintained, pretty grounds. Rent seems to go up every year, I but I think that's the case with all apartments in the Bay Area.
