Llevo 10 meses viviendo aquí y cada día estoy más contenta. Alyssa y Jean, de la oficina de arrendamiento, son muy amables y siempre están dispuestas a ayudar con una sonrisa, cada vez que tuvimos dudas nos las respondieron o solucionaron al momento. Respecto al mantenimiento también sólo tengo cosas buenas que decir, se pone una solicitud a través de una app y el mismo día o al día siguiente se ponen en contacto contigo y lo solucionan enseguida. El apartamento es precioso, con muebles de... cocina y electrodomésticos modernos y bonitos. Fuera hay ruido debido a que estás en una de las calles más céntricas de la ciudad, con un supermercado y tráfico cerca y además pasan aviones, pero el aislamiento es tan bueno que si las ventanas están cerradas no se oye apenas nada, y no interfiere ni en el descanso ni en la tranquilidad. La limpieza en general de todo el edificio es buenísima, pasillos y zonas comunes limpias, cuidadas y sin malos olores. A día de hoy mi única queja es sobre el precio del arrendamiento de las plazas de aparcamiento, que considero un tanto elevados.

Wonder place to live!
The manager is a wonderful,cheerful and pleasant she has understanding for the tenanants in the building and Jessica her assistant is cool,charming and excellent lady!! the supervisor is extremely talented with his whole team which are working day and night for providing outstanding service in Alameda! Overall i highly recommend this residence building for a longer stay

Great place to live!
In a mostly safe and busy area. Just recently moved in and love it. Pet friendly and within walking distance of tons of things to do. Any issues I found on move in day we’re quickly fixed by maintenance. Beautiful amenities on property. I love it here!

Don’t rent here
I would not recommend to anyone. We have lived here since August of this year and we have had at least 8 maintenance requests. You can find an apartment that is much better than this one. It will have better staff, amenities, and responsiveness to maintenance requests. Don’t waste your money at this apartment and get stuck in a lease like we have.

Modera the Alameda does NOT disappoint!
Wow! I love this place!! I did a lot of research, read lots of reviews and looked at a lot of apartments but kept coming back to Modera. They checked every box for me wrt location, management and maintenance response, garage security/safety surrounding areas. In addition to the above must haves, what made me finally decide was the warm welcome and quick response I got from Jessica and Sunny! They made all the difference and worked with me on resolving all my issues from move-in dates to... moving transport even when the issue was not theirs. Very accommodating and very attentive!
Although the parking fees are quite high, it is still competitive when comparing with other apartments. I highly recommend Modera as your next home. Feel free to do the research and read the reviews yourself but stop by and you'll see what I mean :)
