About the unit: My home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private detached 2 car garage. I am renting out two bedrooms that will share a bathroom between the two rooms. Each rooms rent INCLUDES a private parking spot in the garage AND utilities! No... guessing what your monthly rent will be! One flat price every month. Utilities covered are water, sewer, trash, PG&E and 2g internet with unlimited data. I don’t currently have A/C but it never gets too hot. My unit is on the second floor with its own private staircase and patio. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for convenience and an attic for extra storage.

A little about myself: I work a regular 9-5 as a teacher. I have 2 small dogs who are 13 and 14, so they are on the quiet side but bark when they hear loud sounds. They are friendly and get along with other small dogs and cats. I am very chill, laid back, understanding and no nonsense. I like to take my dogs on walks, go camping, reading, video games, cooking/eating/ordering doodash, 420 and binge watching Netflix.
