About the unit: My home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private detached 2 car garage. I am renting out one bedroom that will share a bathroom between one other person. The rent INCLUDES a private parking spot in the garage AND utilities! No... guessing what your monthly rent will be! One flat price every month. Utilities covered are water, sewer, trash, PG&E and 2g internet with unlimited data. I don’t currently have A/C so having a fan is a good idea. My unit is on the second floor with its own private staircase and patio. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for convenience and an attic for extra storage.

A little about myself: I am a teacher, I work a lot. When I am not a work I am at home relaxing in my room or at the dog park with my pup. I have one small dogs who are 13. She is quiet side but will bark when she hears loud sounds. She is friendly and get along with other small dogs and cats. I am kind, a little introverted, very chill, and no nonsense. I like to go camping, reading, play video games, cooking/eating/ordering Door Dash, 420 and binge watching Netflix.
