Noisy place arrogant staff
Arrogant staff. There are no amenities. Gym doesn't have any equipment. Apartments on 2nd street are really noisy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Horrible support from staff, appliances would always break down and we received no help for days after reporting it in. Vacated on the 3rd and was charged up for the 18th. Save yourself the hassle and find a better place to live. If I had the choice I’d rather be living with the countless homeless around the building.

A Gem in the middle of Downtown San Jose!
We are so happy that we choose this community. Our home is beautiful. The process was quick and the staff was remarkably. We toured one day and were explained the leasing process step by step. We meet the next day with everything we needed and were approved that evening. We moved in two months ago and the four of us are so happy here. The staff is caring and friendly. And right outside the gates are wonderful restaurants and plenty of things to do all within walking distance. You can tell... that the people that live here care about there community just like we do. I'd recommend 33 South Third to those I care about!!

Great location, lazy and arrogant management staff
Worst experience ever, they treat their customers as if they don't care at all. Took more than a month to just get the application reviewed. Finally decided to withdraw my application. I had to pay extra at my current apartment just because of the lazy staff who always had same regular excuse of stating that there're things pending on our side even after herself confirming that she has received the required things to process our application !
