Good so far. Everything has been running smoothly other than the one other elevator not working. They usually fix everything fast but I do not know what is happening. Other than that no issues.

It's a good place to live with many great amenities. Might be a little loud sometimes because the garbage trucks drives by and picks up trash every morning.

I love that the maintenance requests done fast and the staff is mostly friendly. I also think after the second time of complaining, I got a great set of random roommates this time!

So far, my experience in 27 North has been good. The management can be sometimes slow about replying to emails but other than that it's been pretty great.
