Living at 27 North has been a great experience so far. The management and maintenance teams are always friendly, responsive, and quick to help out with any requests. Somethings gotta be done about those elevators its so bad they were down for pretty much the whole semester. Lived here for like 4 years and not only has the elevator situation not gotten better it feels like its worse. Other than that everything else is fine

bad management, didn’t fix elevators for around 4 months leaving us with one for a whole apartment genuinely unacceptable - was very annoying for everyone living there
