the billing system is a complete mess. Company charges $4.50 monthly for statements that are rarely accurate. Random fees and inexplicable charges often appear, leaving tenants with confusing totals that have no clear explanation. It’s evident that the statement company is overcharging for a service they fail to deliver reliably, leaving tenants to deal with the fallout of inaccurate financial records. This lack of accountability and consistency is incredibly frustrating.

Worst Communication Ever
Good luck accessing help if you need it! Management completely ignores residents in need of help, especially if there are complaints or problems that Vance is responsible for. Don't rent here

DO NOT RENT HERE
Get ready to get ghosted by management and have your property damaged by the garage, or deal with leaks in your ceiling that aren't fixed for months, etc.

Living here is wonderful. I don’t have no complaints about the issue of the building just minor issues that needs to be addressed before I get out of control. I would love to recommend other people, but please the little issue can be a big issue. If it doesn’t be addressed I love being here. I’m looking forward to continue living here. Take care.!!
