There are a lot of hidden fees, don't trust them! When you leave, they charge you an absurd amount.

This is a good spot to live in SF. It is very convenient and easy to find. The traffic outside is very noisy. Great location to get to AT&T Park for SF Giants games. The Embarcadero is an easy walk.

Building is located directly off the Embarcadero freeway exit at the corner of Harrison street and Fremont street. Units run smaller and can be pricey, but the building itself is new and modern and the staff is helpful and friendly. The building has a large gym on the first floor and an amazing rooftop deck with gas bbq grills and a large hot tub. The roof deck gets lots of sun during the day and perfect for laying out. There is also a kid's playground located with in the gated grounds with... chalk friendly paint on all the surfaces for kids to draw. The local neighborhood is dead on the weekend since most neighboring building are residential or offices, ideal location for a short walking commute to Southbeach, SOMA, or FiDi.
