I had a great experience living here! The location is excellent (walking distance to the 9th and Irving corridor and Golden Gate Park), while the complex is quiet and has amazing views. The management is also very responsive and accommodating.

It’s been a fantastic 2 years of living at Kirkham Heights Apartments! We enjoyed our home a lot, specially its location in the City. It’s the best! The maintenance tech is knowledgeable and fast. He always responds to service requests promptly and efficiently.

I have lived here for 11 years. The view is amazing. I see the Golden Gate Bridge. The apartment is ample (smallest one) for a single person. The current manager, Kate, is very attentive to the concerns of us renters. She is the best manager since I have been here: kind, courteous, and trying to accommodate us. She has brought in new washers and dryers, dog bag stations, which we did not have before. The maintenance staff is friendly and very competent. I had a scary moment when something was... backing up in my kitchen sink, and Ignacio knew what to do right away and fixed it.
