Location location location. You are a walk away from basically every great location in SF. This building in particular is recently renovated and has a lot of great amenities that others in the area do NOT. The ceilings are super high and unwanted noise is low. Did I mention there is a fully furnished roof deck with not 1 but 2 grills? And the view will make you want to stay. The owners are wonderful, they are highly responsive to incidents and proactive in making sure tenants are happy and... satisfied. All in all, if you can get a spot at 1515 Greenwich, grab it ASAP.

Rat infestation
In the couple of years I lived here, my roommate and I suffered through a rat infestation which took numerous time consuming visits to solve over the span of multiple months. In that time, we had rat droppings on the stove, beds and counters. You could even see them running through the apartment at night when the lights were off...
Additionally, there were aspects of the apartment such as broken window locks facing the first floor alley that the landlord neglected to fix and even ignored... multiple maintenance requests on. On one instance, a vagrant attempted to break in through one of the open windows but thankfully we were around to scare him off.
These two issues alone made us feel unsafe and uncared for in this building. The location was just about the only good part of living here.
