I've had a really positive experience living at Villa Monair. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the grounds are always kept in good condition. The maintenance team is responsive and usually completes repair requests quickly. The office staff are friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns.
The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. I also appreciate the amenities, which are well-maintained and add... value to living here.

AVOID
Lived here for years, many plumbing issues, and somebody broke into the mailbox a few years ago and I had to go to the post office for over a month to collect my mail. They have ZERO cameras in the common areas, would not recommend for the price they are asking.

Villa Extraordinaire
Living here is a pleasure, Great views of Mission Bay and nearby shopping is a dream. Love the pools, gym, and the dog run. The grounds are routinely maintained. The staff here is efficient, professional and friendly. I have lived here 7 years and would highly recommend living in Villa Monair.

Great Staff!!!
I've lived in a lot of different apartment complexes and I can say that Villa Monair has by far the best staff I've come across. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, everyone is super friendly and they've addressed any issues I've had right away. It's quiet, well kept and just overall a nice place to live. I've been here for over 3 years and I have no plans to move any time soon

Love it here!!!
I have lived at Villa Monair for almost two years now and could not be happier. The location, quality of the units, neighbors, maintenance and staff are all great. Definitely one of the better deals available right now too. Looking forward to signing another year lease and continuing my living experience here. Thanks, Villa Monair!
