I’m sharing my personal experience so future renters can make an informed decision. During my tenancy at this property, I dealt with an ongoing rodent issue that was extremely stressful. There was a hole in the garage wall that I reported multiple times and that remained unsealed for over two months. During that time, I continued to experience rodent activity, including inside the unit. From what I believe to be reasonable — based on the condition of the unit, the timeline of repairs, and the... habitability standards outlined under California law — I expected timely action, clear communication, and a living environment that met basic health and safety standards. Unfortunately, that did not align with my experience. I personally observed rodent waste in areas of the home and on personal items, which caused a lot of concern for my health and well-being. I documented what I saw with photos and videos and shared them with management. I also installed a motion-activated camera in the garage to better understand what was happening, and it confirmed continued rodent activity. Pest control did come on a scheduled basis, but visits were limited to once per week. In between those visits, I had to purchase and maintain additional traps myself to manage the situation. Over time, I caught a significant number of mice this way. Communication and response times were slow, and repairs took much longer than I expected. The experience was frustrating and emotionally draining, and I ultimately felt compelled to move out earlier than planned. I hope this feedback helps management improve response times and pest remediation for future residents.

Stay away from this place!
This rental company sucks. It tries to take away all your deposit possible by adding a lot of harsh terms. For instance, they insist for you to use your own deposit to pay for the carpet cleaning and won’t allow you to hire a carpet cleaner in a cheaper price. Why? They said it is part of the pet cleaning charges. If so, then why charge us each month for additional fee for pets? In addition, they add a lot of requirements to tenants so they don’t need to do any cleaning for the new tenants. They... keep increasing rent every year and try to trick you to agree on paying more when you renew your lease. You need to be very careful signing the lease renewal otherwise you can be tricked. They also charge you for painting the wall for at least $400. If you paint it yourself, you need to go to the exact store and buy the exact color and spend several hours painting the wall. It will cost you a fortune to terminate the lease ahead of time and the company is extremely greedy!

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
Update 11/16/22 - Heat ALSO does not work. I set my heater last night to 85 and ranit for hours on end and had no hot air coming out and my apartment did not get above 65 degrees. ZERO HEAT. Pretty sure they are lying about having ac/ heat at all, it feels like it's just a fan. Update 10/7/22 - AC is supposedly fixed, doubtful but now the weather is cooling off and it doesn't even matter. Hot tub is constantly broken, assuming it's due to the amount of kids who are constantly playing in it and... pushing the buttons. Update 9/2/2022 - I am now on my 3rd maintenance request to have my AC fixed… My apartment is currently 80+ degrees. I was called earlier today and was told it was fixed and got home around 11pm and my apartment is blistering hot. I am now calling the emergency line to get this fixed now… Meanwhile my AC has been running now for 24+ hours with ZERO ACTUAL AC. 8/26/22 - I found my living room sliding doors are installed incorrectly and my AC does not work. DO NOT MOVE IN without a FULL INSPECTION! They clearly do no inspect their apartments prior to anyone moving in…. SO DISAPPOINTED. Upon my move-in day, my bedroom closet reeked of cigarette smoke from the previous renter and I found gum stuck to my bedroom closet rail as well. During the first 2 days in the apartment, I had to submit multiple work orders for my washing machine not working/ missing parts, my dishwasher was missing parts and the top rack almost fell off and I almost lost an entire rack of glassware, my toilet also has to be repaired.
The walls are thinner than I expected, I can hear my upstairs neighbor more than I anticipated. I politely asked my upstairs neighbor at 10pm to please lower his TV volume and was rudely given a response from him.
I was not able to view the unit that I currently am in prior to moving in and based my decision off the model unit and the online dimensions posted. I have large bedroom furniture and once moved in I found it did not fit properly due to the dimensions of the room posted being in accurate. I am in a plan 6, the second bedroom is not 11x14, it is actually 10.5x13.5. Idk why they choose to lie about the bedroom dimensions which is frustrating for someone trying to plan where their furniture goes upon moving in. Highly disappointed.

I recommend you check other sites for reviews regarding this place it's nice but management tries to force you out once they can raise the rent there are numerous issues and they're not willing to work with you even the property manager has it listed that she specializes in effect turn over for profit on her linkin
