Moved in about 7 months ago and so far so good. My one bedroom apartment is well designed and love the washer and dryer in my apartment. The amenities are modern and well-maintained, and the community has a welcoming atmosphere.
The leasing staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They make the leasing process smooth and are very responsive to residents’ needs.
The only downside is that the buildings do not have elevators, which can be inconvenient, especially when living... on an upper floor. Other than that, it’s a great community with beautiful floor plans, excellent amenities, and a helpful team.

Beautiful community with a great team and excellent service.
The property is modern, well maintained, and has a state of the art 24-hour gym that is a great amenity. The office staff is always professional, friendly, and welcoming. The maintenance team is also excellent, they respond to service requests quickly and often get them taken care of the same day. Overall, a beautiful community with a great team and excellent service.

Great apartments, incompetent management
The apartments are great but are greatly mismanaged by terrible leasing office staff.

Beautiful apartments
I have been living here for a few months now and I have to say I'm so glad I rented here. My one-bedroom apartment is so modern and updated. The amenities are gorgeous, and the community seems really friendly. Although there have been minor issues here and there, it is to be expected when living in an apartment complex as opposed to a home. Overall, I am so proud to have company over and to be in this community! The maintenance staff is so helpful and friendly, and the office staff are so... pleasant. A huge thank you to Rafael, the assistant manager for helping me through the process of renting and moving in, he was just a genuinely cool and smooth guy. A great welcome.
