The rear bedroom has a door that opens to the enclosed patio area for some outdoor enjoyment. There is also a window AC unit in the living room.
Dual pane windows and ceiling fans help keep you comfortable through the summer heat and the private yard allows the family to enjoy those summer nights outside.
