I’ve been living here for just under a year now and have had nothing but good interactions with the manager and my neighbors. I work at UCSD and the location is great driving distance for me. The apartments are well renovated and I feel at home here. Would highly recommend!

We have lived her for little over a year and the property is GREAT!. Very friendly On-Site Manager and friendly and quiet neighbors. Apts have a lot of space. Kitchens are a little outdated but having the opportunity to have a full sized washer and dryer in its own laundry room is a huge plus. We would highly recommend living here.

I have lived at Riviera Highlands for 4 years now and at the time of move in said I can do anything for a year. Here I am 4 years later and still enjoying my home.
My big must of moving in were a washer and dryer in unit and parking. Riviera Highlands has both! The complex is quiet and peaceful and centrally located to shops, freeways and schools.
The staff is attentive and provides preventative maintenance which is so nice to have things fixed before even asking.

I’ve lived here for over five years and have really enjoyed the location. It’s a nice distance from UC San Diego—close enough for a short commute, yet far enough that it feels like a true break from work at the end of the day. The area has easy access to a variety of grocery stores, shopping, and great food options, which makes daily life very convenient.

The community is quiet and comfortable, with neighbors who are mostly working professionals, so there’s no issue with parties or excessive... noise. I have a two-bedroom unit with two parking spaces, which has been very convenient. Love the in-unit washer and dryer; they are full-sized (not stacked)!
