My experience with Mira Monte Apartments has been extremely frustrating. After we had already signed the lease and planned our move, they unexpectedly changed our move-in date. This last-minute change threw off all of our arrangements and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, they also increased the amount we owed after the lease was signed. Changing the agreed-upon price after signing a contract feels completely unprofessional and unfair. I expected better communication and... integrity from the management team. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Mira Monte Apartments.

Do NOT live here. As the the other review said, the photos are highly edited and it does not look nearly as nice. There’s always trash on the grounds and in the halls, mice and constant cockroaches (even when your place is clean), infestations in the laundry room, hallway carpets are gross, parking is absolutely horrible, males always drinking and smoking outside the entry way so not a safe feeling for girls, false fire alarm goes off each day in a neighboring apt, and there’s always some fight... or some noise going on outside no matter how late (no soundproof windows). I honestly think they didn’t let us tour the place not because it was going to be taken soon, but because we would’ve changed our mind seeing everything. The staff is nice, but that’s about it.

The images they have provided are photoshopped/ using filters. The units are not nearly as nice as they are presented.
