I lived here from 2018 until 2020 and I had a good experience living in my apartment in the 9085 building. Maintenance was quick whenever there was a problem and the unit was well maintained. Management was fair with the security deposit when I moved out.

One complaint I have is that it does not seem like the pool amenities were maintained as well as you would expect. Cushions on the furniture would not be cleaned. The gym was nice though.

I highly recommend not to lease in these apartments. All the appliances are really old and never work properly. Even if you raise many maintenance requests , they will offer you some quick fixes never permanent solution. Our air conditioner is not working. Almost 3 weeks now.. no one is bothered to fix it… I have couple of raised maintenance requests and followed up with leasing office, no use…. All in all, any future resident considering this apartments my words for you are: if you are looking... for a wonky stove top, with noisy washer, no air conditioned house and with occasional leaked ceiling and most of all if you enjoy raising maintenance request every fortnight and following up on them you will enjoy your residence here. I've been a resident of La Jolla Crossoroads for a year. We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and taking our daughter to the playground. I know there's been a lot of positive changes at this property. The clubhouse is being renovated and such delightful staff. All of our works orders have been taken care of in a timely matter. Thank you for always taking care of our community Crossroads, the landscaping and grounds are always cleaned! Looking forward to renewing our lease.

I've lived in this community for over 6 years and love it. The location is perfect with a short walk or a free shuttle ride to the nearby Westfield UTC Mall and quick access to the 805 and 5 freeways; plus metro transit access on Judicial Drive. A beautiful and very large park is only a block away from the complex (soccer, baseball,basketball, picnic areas, library, kids playground, and dog park). The buildings and common areas are well maintained (art sculptures, multiple pools, grilling areas... , and play ares for the kids). If you like quite, then choose a building away from Golden Haven Drive or overlooking a courtyard as the buildings amplify the sound. The apartments are roomy, nice size balconies to enjoy the great weather year round and each unit includes full size washer/dryer. Plenty of underground gated garage parking with assigned spaces. This place is beautiful! The management is so nice and they are very helpful. The atmosphere is lovely and I love living here. It's very clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly. The rent is a little pricey but that is because of the location and scenery. Its right across from the mall and so close to pizza hut and which wich. It is perfect!
