Small little box units on West Point Loma with homeless people hanging out front 24/7, They never leave never, these small little units, They are so small that when you put your queen size bed in the living room area it's just a couple feet from the stove in the refrigerator, They're just u-g-l-y little box units some greedy builder thought he would make these ridiculous small units/ on the interior is a pool with no privacy just surrounded by cement, and then if you have a conversation it... echoes on the walls no privacy, No greenery, Just pure greed.... Building these tiny boxes thinking that people are going to be happy here.... Charging way too much.

Makes up for San Diego rents with service, luxury and comfort
Beautiful brand new building, outstanding manager Alex who is always available, genuinely kind and on top of any issues. You can be as social as you want at the social club, gym, lovely pool and parties with delicious catering. This location and most of Pt. Loma is chilled by ocean breezes during the hottest weather - that alone beats any properties east of I-5 which is HOT. Property makes up for San Diego rents with service, luxury and comfort. This is my third month impression, will report... back more later.
