Nice quiet Apts
Love this place,it's nice and quiet. The neighbors are nice. The maintenance are great,if you need repairs they are always there to help you out with your problems.

horrible
This place is the worst apt. i’ve ever lived in. AC doesn’t work, the maintenance is just cover up work. Nothing ever gets fixed right they just put a bandaid on it. From the day we moved in it was dirty with spider webs all over the windows and 1/2” of dust and trash on the upper ledge by the ceiling. Parking is horrible and security is a joke. even tho it’s a gated community the gates are always open so anyone can come and go as they please. Normal parking spots are like $40/month and they’re... far unless you wanna pay more for a reserved spot. Me and my family can’t wait til the lease is up to get the hell out of here. Thought this was Carmel Mountain Ranch Not Tijuana.

Cutting corners on repairs
Living here 3 years and over that time I've had multiple cases of flooding when it rains, always from the same places. Management is aware of the needed repairs but instead continues to perform the same low cost fix over and over knowing it will fail. This same corner cutting can be seen in every repair they do from low budget contractors to cheap materials to a lack of details. Most of the time we are just reminded we could move, but I know that will just give them the ability to start over... with the next renters. I'm not sure if they are cheep, lazy or if it's just gross negligence but please do not put you through this.

Not your average apartment
When you think of an apartment building you think of three story walk-ups and paper thin walls. Carmel Summit is quite the opposite. The buildings here are private and look more like a condo then an apartment. Everyone receives a one car garage that is very spacious, even for large SUV's like my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Homes here are one to two bedrooms, some with attached garages and all with a cozy fireplace. We have three pools and spa's that are always clean. Trash, recycling and mailboxes are... always close by for your convenience. Carmel Summit is located right off the highway but you'd never know it by the charming neighborhood it's in. It's easy to buy groceries, have a bite to eat or browse around the shopping centers...all within walking distance.
