I have been living here for about 6 years and am absolutely in LOVE with the place!

Rachel and Amber in the front office are really nice and have always addressed our concerns whenever problems have come up. Overall, the complex is pretty quiet, and all of our neighbors have been respectful. But the few times something was amiss, and we reported it, they took care of the issue quickly.

The grounds crew is always on top of the landscaping and keeping everything beautiful! There's not a day that... goes by that I don't see them doing some type of work that keeps all the greenery beautiful!
The cleaning crew that takes care of the gym and the pool restrooms is always on top of their work and ensures everything is in order!

We love seeing the place decorated for holidays, and it brings a little bit more joy to our lives.

All the maintenance members have been great to work with and come by quickly to assist in any way possible when things aren't right in our place. They're prompt, kind, and keep to their timelines.

So, I purposely waited to write a review until I was here for more than 6 months....

Property is clean and very well maintained for starters, inside and out. The complex as a whole is very well taken care of.

Property manager and maintenence are both onsite which is a wonderful thing as well! The staff are all wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.

Went to view the apartment, however the unit we would be moving into was not available to be seen for another few months. The property was asking for $1400 non-refundable holding deposit, which doesn't guarantee you will like the unit you move into or that it will look the same as the one you viewed. This $1400 holding fee doesn't even include your security deposit or application fee you will have to pay at the time of renting.

Don’t even bother, I called made an appointment and when I arrived the apartments looked amazing. However, I was devastated that I couldn’t even look at them! Nobody was there and no one answered the phone the 6 times I called throughout the day. Terribly sad, I was the most excited about these apartments in my search.

I’ve lived here on and off for 15 years and owned property nearby. I find the staff extremely helpful and the maintenance staff are angels and fix things quickly. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained and it’s a quiet place to live. I wouldn’t live anywhere else.
