The property is generally well maintained and in a good location. However, prospective tenants should be aware that rent increases annually, and parking is an additional cost per vehicle.
In my experience, management policies tend to favor ownership interests over tenant concerns. No pets are allowed.

Lovely community
Really enjoy living here. No complaints. Taco shop is really good and it is nice and quiet.

Corner units are awesome
Do yourself a favor and get a corner unit.You only have neighbors on 2 sides and get a nice cross breeze. Friendly neighbors and staff took care of any repairs and the onsite liquor store had a nice selection of everything.

Horrible Managment
I do not recommend this place !! If you think you are paying less for the location please think again. They will never give you the deposit back.
