There has been some turn over in the leasing office recently. I have lived in the building for 7 years and have never experienced a rude person at the leasing office until a few days ago. Our nice welcoming feeling, has changed to corporate sass. A couple months ago, I would recommend Broadstone to everyone. Now Im not so sure.

LOVE ??
This is our little downtown getaway for working and playing. The building is beautiful, the people are nice, the music in the elevators makes you dance, and it smells great!

I have lived at Broadstone Balboa Park for over two years and it has been a great experience! The building is kept clean and safe and the staff has been fantastic. I’ve met some great people while living here too.
