Hello! I have a furnished condo available for rent for one month or more, ideally for a period of three to ten months. Exact arrival date flexible.

My home has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en suite), a tub/shower combination in each... bathroom, and a 'great room' with kitchen/dining/living areas. It is in a building with seven units.

Amenities: furnished, equipped kitchen, wireless internet, fireplace, washer and dryer in unit, balcony, one outdoor reserved parking space. Please note occupant(s) will arrange for the gas/electric service and pay that bill directly.

Location: University Heights--central San Diego; between Hillcrest and Mission Valley; walkable neighbourhood. Near the 8/163 freeway interchange; 3 miles to downtown; 2 miles to Balboa Park/zoo; 8 miles to beaches.

Terms: one month or longer; completely clean air (no smoking anything, no vaping and no pets - inside or out); $3,000 per month for a rental period of four months or more; $3,300 for a rental period of two or three months; $3,500 for one month or month-to-month.

Can accommodate one, two or three people.

Located on the second (top) floor; accessible by one flight of exterior stairs (no elevator).

This is my home and I need to be elsewhere with family temporarily. So, I am looking for people who will treat my home as their home (i.e., keep clean, be respectful of the great neighbours, etc.) while they reside there.
