The space includes a full size custom kitchen, washer and dryer, large bathroom, built in wardrobe closet and bed with drawers below, a linen and vacuum closet, and extensive storage over the kitchen cabinets to maximize functionality. The interior living area is 370 square feet and this unit also has a 70 square feet exterior deck for additional dining and lounging space. These spaces are designed like a modern Swiss Army Knife, creating all the benefits of a one bedroom in a more efficiently planned space.
