There is golfing 5 blocks away, Tennis courts are very close and there is a public Pool that you can get to as well. There is the world famous zoo, tons of museums and lots of great restaurants.

Driveway is dedicated Free EV charging, This is Free up to 100 kWh a month which is typically good for the average drive for the month.

There is a duplex in the backyard So you do share the amenities with others. You have access to the Jacuzzi, Hammock, BBQ and large table for remote working. The Yard is maintained weekly, Pest is done biMonthly and the jacuzzi is cleaned 2xs a week.
