I live in this condo and am renting rooms.
I have two rooms available in my 4 bed 4 bath condo in Pacific Beach, San Diego.
The condo is newly remodeled, with AC, new in unit washer & dryer, newly renovated kitchen, fireplace, enclosed front yard... with barbecue, large upstairs deck and garage. This is a front unit in a four unit complex.
There are currently two of us living here, myself, and a friend of mine. Both of us are late twenties/early thirties guys who grew up locally. We are pretty laid back and quiet during the week due to work, but occasionally will throw get togethers on the weekends.
The lease will be for either 6 months, or a year, with potential renewal options.
Single occupant per room.
Dogs and cats optional at owner's discretion.

Rent prices are dependent on which room you are interested in with options of $1700-$1900. Move in with first and last month's rent.
