guys please lighten up on your dog restrictions its hard enough for people to find a place to live here because its so expensive especially if they have a dog. Your list makes it only eligible for people to have no dogs or small dogs to live here and its kind of unfair

I've lived here almost 6 months. Its an older apartment building but its quiet. The staff are pretty non-responsive once you sign a lease and don't follow through but I haven't had any problems that hindered my comfort of living in my place.

Pros:The location is amazing because it's near the beach and in an amazing neighborhood. In the past the rent made it worth the issues. The surrounding schools are top notch.
Cons:The apartment website says that there is air conditioning and a community game room and that's not the case. We have been at this location for 3 years and have had a serious roach problem since day one. The complex has several occupants that have more people living in them than it was designed for. There is... constantly maintenance issues with plumbing and electrical because it's all old and run down.
With all that said we're moving at the end of the month.
