I have been a resident at The Glen Apartments for over a year, and my experience has been extremely negative. Issues ranging from roommate conflicts to maintenance requests have been exacerbated by an unhelpful and, often, rude front office management team.
One particularly alarming incident involved discovering a bed bug infestation in my unit. I promptly reported this serious health concern to property management, only to have my request to transfer or terminate my lease denied. This response... demonstrates a lack of concern for residents’ safety and well-being.
The presence of bed bugs is a significant health risk, and the management’s unwillingness to address the issue effectively has added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Furthermore, property management stated that I would have to find someone to assume my lease to move out. I do not believe it is ethical to relet a bed bug infested apartment to anyone. I hope they will make this situation right by allowing me to pursue safe housing accommodations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend The Glen Apartments as a safe or healthy living environment. Potential residents should beware.

I absolutely loved living here!! Honestly you could never find a cleaner apartment complex anywhere, 100/10 recommend I wish I never left!! This is literally the most outstanding complex I have ever toured for such an affordable price

No Place like Home!
When I first started college at CSUSB, no place felt like home. Until I started living at the Glen made it feel like home! From the tons of options of places to eat, safe and reassuring safety, accommodating amenities, and the friendly environment continued to continue my lease here! I would recommend the Glen to anyone looking for a nice and safe environment in San Bernardino. Go Glen!
