The place is great and perfect for students, but sometimes the neighbors play loud music and messes with my quiet studying times, and the apartment has many things to fix, but maintenance team always gets it done.

Living at The Wexler has been great. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Sac State and close to Grocery Outlet, Target, and several local eateries. The building is right behind the 65th and University Light Rail Station, which is free for students.
The apartment has a private bedroom and bathroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and respectful roommates. Amenities include a pool,... study rooms, a club room, and a coffee machine, along with regular community events. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to live.

I have been living in this apartment for almost a year, and overall my experience has been very positive. The location is one of the biggest advantages—it’s close to public transportation, grocery stores, and several nice restaurants. The neighborhood feels safe and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to after a long day. The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained. The kitchen appliances work efficiently, and the maintenance team usually responds quickly to any... repair requests. The management office staff are polite and helpful, and they always keep the building clean and organized. Another great aspect is the community atmosphere. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, and there are often small community events that make it easy to meet new people. The rent is reasonable compared to other apartments in the area, and utilities are fairly priced.
