Pockets Deposit after raised rent

I rented here starting in 2023 after a year and a half they raised the rent suddenly. Which seemed unusual given we just agreed to stay in another year. So to agree it and three months later and two weeks before rent is due we get an email notification that rent will increase,

During our first few months I had to rent a hotel because the hot water would go out so regularly. The owners asked me to email them since my unit was “last on the water cycle” and when I would be out of hot water it...
would give them time to figure it out… but it happened a lot.

An actual video of me was used to promote on their instagram without any contract. I am an influencer so I didn’t want my image or likeness used without permission but especially since I lived there…knowing how much of a violation it was. And they are still using it.

Lastly we never received our deposit back from these people. We cleaned too pictures before and after move I. Walk throughs & literally never got a penny back. No receipt or invoice for why they pocketed the money. Nothing. Which is a violation of two separate laws.

We still have a copy of the mass email the owners sent out to all the tenants our first winter threatening to DOX people…

We should have known from that email alone the type of integrity that Trinity House Apartments ownership truly does have in mind.

Stay safe. Yes the balcony is cute. But it is next door to a helicopter pad and a hospital generator that goes off at loud intervals sporadically but highly consistently at every hour of the late night midday and very early mornings every single day.

Not to mention the very possibility that they will film you and use it to promote their building on there socials without approval from you even when you ask repeatedly…
