Living at Ragetta Apartments has become a frustrating and disheartening experience. I used to love this place—when Eric was managing, the complex was well-maintained, the environment was pleasant, and the tenants were professional and respectful. It truly felt like home.

Unfortunately, since management was taken over by the current woman (I won’t mention her name, but she is the only one), everything has gone downhill. She seems completely unfamiliar with the concept of cleanliness. The complex... is dirty—common areas are neglected, trash lingers, and maintenance is either delayed or ignored altogether.

What’s even more disappointing is the type of tenants now being allowed to move in. Their behavior and lack of regard for the property clearly reflect the manager’s taste. The once quiet, respectful community has turned into a noisy, unkempt, and uncomfortable place to live.

I ultimately left the complex because I could no longer tolerate the decline. The new management has failed to uphold the basic expectations of safety, cleanliness, and community. What was once a great place to live has become a complete disaster.

I strongly advise anyone considering Ragetta Apartments to look elsewhere—until meaningful changes are made, this is not a place you’ll want to call home. Read More

I lived at Regatta for a few years before buying my home and I tell you if it made financial sense, I would never leave! Eric, Estelle, Marcus- they are AMAZING. The apartments were well kept, maintenance was nearly instant, the grounds are beautiful, gated and guarded at night. I absolutely loved it there. Perfectly placed between I5 and I80 it was easy to get to anywhere I needed and only 7 minutes out of downtown. The staff never made you feel like a tenant, more so it was just a big family.... Community was encouraged! They embraced my dogs and shared in my heartache when my elderly one passed away. As a single woman living on her own, I always felt safe. My husband and I recently moved out of Regatta after a wonderful 2.5 years. Our experience was nothing short of perfection. Eric and Estelle always made us feel so taken care of and made sure they did exactly what they said they would do if we ever needed assistance. Every work order was done in a timely manner and the process was effortless. I have nothing bad to say about these apartments. I highly recommend Regatta!!
