Who Must Apply: Every person 18 years of age or older who will reside at the property must submit a separate application.

Household Income: Combined gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
-> Applications must be submitted directly through our website. We do not accept applications from third-party services such as Zillow.

-> Rental history: Minimum of two years favorable rental history that is verifiable through landlord or property management or two years favorable ownership history. Negative rental history or open balances to former landlords may result in denial of application.

Credit: Minimum of one credit line in good standing for 2+ years and minimum credit score of 580.

Once approved, you will be asked to place your security deposit within 48hrs to hold the property for move in within 14 days of the home being available for move in.
