When I applied online, I made an appointment for tour. It was very clean, well kept, and the staff giving the tour was very polite and professional.
At first, I was denied due to my credit, but then management called me with surprise and asked would I like to pursue with my application. It was a quick process. When I received my keys to my new place, I was so happy with the kitchen island, walk in shower, washer dryer. Not to mention the pool & barbeque patio, fitness centers very clean. Using... codes or just a tap from your phone, so convenient for entry, love it!
I am so happy with the quick response when requesting maintenance or any concerns or questions. Parking charges, well pricey, but manageable and worth it. Maven on Broadway is a quiet friendly place. Pet friendly, and neighbors mind they business.

Nice looks but that’s it
Place itself is nice but over priced and they charge $150-$200 per MONTH for parking but since no one wanted to pay that ridiculous amount they are telling everyone they can’t park on the street near the apartment and instead we have to park 2-3 blocks away smh also they charge $70 to take out your trash (mandatory lol) and don’t pick up the trash in fridays and saturdays. Many other hidden fees have been tied to the rent as well

Bad customer service
My boyfriend and I toured the place and really loved one of the units but were told that they only offer 16 month leases. When I went on their site it had claimed that they had 6 month lease options available. I decided to call and inquire about the unit we liked to see if my bf and I could apply for a 6 month lease however the lady on the phone said she wasn’t sure and that she would get back to me. An entire day rolls by and no call so I decide to call back. It was a different lady and I... explained the situation again. However she seemed really confused or either wasn’t listening to me because she kept asking if I wanted a tour when I specifically told her we had already toured the place. She said she would forward my info and have someone call me back. Lone and behold still no call back or information answering any of the questions I asked or inquired. It’s a bummer because the place is beautiful but the customer service is just awful and unclear.
