I’ve had a fantastic touring and living experience at Cypress Apartments. Shout out to Lindsy, Ora, and Franscisco for making my move to a new home so awesome! They have all been friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about creating a great living environment.
Amenities here are also top-tier, especially the rooftop lounge, pool, and fitness center. Location next to the Capital Park has been my favorite feature as well, and very rare in this area. I look forward to spending all my days and... nights here. Highly recommend!

A Beautiful Building With Amaizing Views Of Capitol Park!
I recently toured Cypress Apartments, and I was seriously blown away. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable — they made the whole experience feel personal and exciting. You can tell they truly care about the community they’re building here.
The apartments themselves are absolutely gorgeous — modern finishes, thoughtful layouts, and huge windows that flood the space with natural light. And the views? Just wow. Being right across from Capitol... Park means you get that rare combo of nature and city life all in one.
The amenities were next-level. A beautiful resort-style pool, a 24-hour gym that’s actually well-equipped, and the rooftop deck with a stylish clubhouse made me feel like I was walking through a luxury hotel. I could easily imagine hosting friends up there or just relaxing after a long day.
Even though I don’t live here (yet!), the tour left a huge impression on me. If you’re looking for a fresh, high-end place to live in Sacramento with a prime location and a warm, welcoming vibe, Cypress Apartments is 100% worth checking out!
