Fully Furnished home with all amenities. Minimum stay is 30 days - maximum is 120 days (possibly longer with additional terms).

Prior to rental all prospective tenants will be required to complete a full background check, including criminal, credit, and eviction history. Applicants must provide references from their two most recent landlords and/or property management company. In addition, applicants must provide proof of income and financial documentation demonstrating they make at least 3x times the monthly rent.

No pets/ animals of any kind are allowed on the inside premise and/or outside the premises at any time.
