I lived in the Stanford heights apartment for just under 2 years. When it came time to move out and perform the end of lease inspection, they added on all sorts of fees. In this process they charged us well over our initial deposit we agreed upon in case of any “unnatural wear and tear” (there was no “unnatural” wear and tear, yet we were charged) We were good tenants, left everything in great condition, had respect for the property, neighbors, and followed the rules. We feel we were treated... very unfairly by CTL management, and I know this is not how you treat your customers within a business. (Same rules apply to apartment management) TLDR Money pinching management.

We try to provide transparency for the types of charges that can occur after... move out to bring your previous home back to move in ready condition by providing turnover cost estimates and expectations with our move out confirmation packet when you submitted your notice. Stanford Heights
The apartment property is well-kept and maintenance is super quick to respond. One of them is always friendly and waves to everyone passing by. You NEVER hear your neighbors like at all and even they are friendly and will keep to themselves. The only thing is to be aware of is parking because depending on which building you live in, there will be no parking spaces, especially if you work late. Besides that, it's a brisk walk to the elementary school and less than 10 minutes driving to the high... school or middle school. It's location is perfect!
