Rude disrespectful manager that does not have maintenance work done in a timely manner and nit picks about everything. She will harass you while your at work because you had a package delivered to your front door (while you were at work) and your not allowed to leave garbage at your door, when it was a delivery. She is rarely in the office at stated hours and there is no emergency maintenance ever. Would not recommend this place

Terrible
Absolutely Horrible! The place is completely falling apart and rotting away. They are doing nothing to fix it but raise the rent still. Management is absolutely horrible and very rude. Argues with you when you call about maintenance issues and is never in the office or on the grounds during office hours. Lived here for over a year and nothing but bad experiences. Also took our entire deposit for regular maintenance that is done when people move out. If I could give it negative stars I would.
