Very quiet complex! Lived here for over a year and a half, never any issues. Manager is nice, has a lot of rules though, pool is never open. Always closed and down for "matinence". Not a great place for kids as they cannot play out side. No games, toys or loud noises in the pool area. And no toys in the grass areas. Good place if you are older, and don't go out side, or attend the college. Short trip to everything!
