Amazing place to live!
The management and the maintenance team are very responsive, and the community has a friendly, welcoming vibe. My apartment is quiet. Spacious and well maintained. It is a peaceful place to call Home and I feel very safe here.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality living.

My husband and I have lived here 3 years, and we both love living here. In a great location, it is a lovely very well maintained property. Completely gated and has always felt very safe day and night. Management lives on site, she is friendly and helpful. Maintenance lives on site, is quick polite and knowledgeable. I love these apartments, there's spacious and clean and close to local Transit. The cleanliness of the property is inviting and is nice to come home to. I feel safe here and our neighbors are great. The manager was helpful and made us feel welcome.

Richelieu apartments are great. I have never had any problems here. The maintenance here is great they make sure to try and fix any problems you might have in a timely matter. The staff is friendly all my neighbors are friendly and the property manager is kind and easy to talk to if you have any issues. This place is very welcoming and safe. Property is really clean. I’ve lived here for about 2 years now. Maintenance usually has work orders completed with in 24 hours. Jen is very nice and helpful.
