What a disappointment, the gate never works, the homeless always enter,there is no security, the garbage containers are always stucks as if they never picked up the trash, terrible gardening, too small and very poorly distributed the apartments and very expensive for what they offer.

I rented from here for a year, it was horrible. Loud music ALL the time, my shower quit working, AC stopped working in the dead of summer and to top it off someone smashed in all the windows of my car. There are cameras on property but they are no good, they don't release footage to you. So what good are the cameras? The mailbox is on the other side of the property and has set times to get your mail. No guest parking whatsoever the ones who live in the complex park in the guest parking which leave no parking outside. Inside parking are reserved people not willing to pay 25 extra to park their car.

These apartments and disgusting rats and raccoons in the trash at night which is very unsafe drug addicteds walk in and out of the apartment complex even with security management are thieves and steal your money please don’t waste your time here

im a full time student at cal state San Bernardino & I am renting a studio apartment at Peppertree Apartments. Nice staff and helpful on site maintenance. Clean and well kept. Only thing I don't like is they don't allow dogs so I have to move out when my lease is up so I can have my dog live with me.
